We may ask you to prepare the following things for your virtual therapy session to run smoothly:
A device that can easily access the internet, with both video and audio capabilities.
A comfortable, private space to sit while on camera.
A space to store any tangible programs or materials to be used during virtual sessions (ex. a large bag or set of drawers to hold pens, paper, visuals, activities sent to you by your therapist to print etc.).
Access to toys or preferred activities to be used during breaks (if applicable).
Access to snacks and/or edible reinforcement (if applicable).
There are both risks and benefits associated with virtual therapy:

Risks to confidentiality (ex. hackers, data breaches)
Common benefits include:
Accessing therapy from the comfort of your own home
Avoiding spending time traveling to a therapy clinic
Keeping the same therapist, regardless of whether you move or relocate
