If you require more flexible evening and weekend hours, accommodations can be made based on our availability.
We are excited to join a handful of other community agencies in the Hamilton Italian Centre in January 2025!
We will be located in a community room on the second floor (Room 211) of the Hamilton Italian Centre.

We are located in the Hamilton Italian Centre, adjacent to TB McQuesten Park. Enter from Upper Wentworth or Stone Church.
In-person visits are by appointment only. This is to ensure the appropriate team member is available and present. We are often busy with clients, or may be working from home for portions of our week.
Please enter through the front doors and make your way to the second floor (Room 211). Remove your shoes. Indoor shoes may be worn or kept at on site.
We are a nut-free, scent-free workplace.
Parking
There is visitor parking on site.
Some city streets also offer parking, as per the signage indicated.
Therapy Drop Offs/Pick Ups
When dropping off your child for therapy, please bring them to Room 211.
Waiting for Your Therapist
We ask that you arrive at the time of your session, and not early.
Therapists are ready and prepared for sessions to start at the session start time.
If you arrive early, please wait with your child in the hallway, until your therapist has come to greet you. Please do not allow your child to enter the room unsupervised.
Your therapist will be waiting to greet you in Room 211.
Ring Security Monitoring
Our room is equipped with a Ring camera for continuous surveillance monitoring, to observe live and recorded sessions, and for quality assurance.
Footage is stored on secure Ring servers for 180 days, and then is deleted.
Access to this footage is limited to the Director, Assistant Director, and Senior Clinical Team responsible for supervising clients who attend this space. We will only view footage that we have permission to view.
