About Our Waterloo Centre
Hours of Operation:
Below are our team's general working hours, however team members may have different working hours depending on their position and caseload at Best Behaviour Inc.

If you require more flexible evening and weekend hours, accommodations can be made based on our availability.
We have 3 session rooms on the main floor, a work room with staff bathroom, kids bathroom, full kitchen, gym space, and an outdoor space.
We have have 3 session rooms on the basement level, a rec room, bathroom, phone booth / laundry room, and storage room for therapy materials.
We also have a large, fully fenced backyard with lots of play space, a deck with seating, and a large shed to hold all of our outdoor activities!

We are located in a house in Uptown Waterloo, behind the Spur Line Plaza. Enter from William Street or Erb Street.
In-person visits to the centre are by appointment only. This is to ensure the appropriate team member is available and present. We are often busy with clients, or may be working from home for portions of our week.
Please enter through the front door and remove your shoes. Indoor shoes may be worn or kept at the centre.
We are a nut-free, scent-free workplace.
Parking
There is no visitor parking on site, or on Willow Street.
Parking is available in the City Centre Lot (free for 2 hours).
The Willow Lot is permit-only 8-5 PM, but is free after 5 PM.
Some city streets also offer 2-3 hour parking, as per the signage indicated.
Therapy Drop Offs/Pick Ups
When dropping off your child for therapy, there may be an open spot in the driveway. You are welcome to pull in to drop off or pick up your child.
If the spot is taken by another parent, you may pull in behind our therapists’ cars or stop along Willow Street.
All spots in the driveway are reserved for team members, so we ask that you park in a city lot if you will be staying at the centre for a session or meeting.
Waiting for Your Therapist
We do not have a formal waiting room or waiting area. We ask that you arrive at the time of your session, and not early.
Therapists are ready and prepared for sessions to start at the session start time.
If you arrive early, please wait with your child, until your therapist has come to greet you. Please do not allow your child to enter the centre unsupervised.
Your therapist will be waiting to greet you at the front door.
You may also ring the doorbell or call your therapist directly when arrive.
Ring Security Monitoring
Our centre is equipped with Ring cameras throughout for continuous surveillance monitoring, to observe live and recorded sessions, and for quality assurance.
Footage is stored on secure Ring servers for 180 days, and then is deleted.
Access to this footage is limited to the Director, Assistant Director, and Senior Clinical Team responsible for supervising clients who attend the centre. We will only view footage that we have permission to view.
